Summary

#199: It seems everyone is talking about trauma these days, which I’m so delighted about. It’s high time we pause to talk about what trauma is and how it can shape our lives because, my darling, it really matters. This week, I’m sharing examples of the more subtle, chronic traumas of everyday life, how to identify if trauma is part of your experience, and the remedies that will help you support yourself as you begin listening to your subtle cues of dysregulation.
