| 1:05.3 | two weeks of fat loss is so easily masked on the scales. Like even if you lost the textbook one pound a week, so that |
| 1:14.4 | would be two pounds and two weeks. Two pounds on the scales is so easy to be masked as in, let's say, |
| 1:24.2 | it was the week before your period and normally you put on about four pounds that week. |
| 1:29.1 | It's actually pretty normal, sometimes more, sometimes a bit less. |
| 1:33.1 | Not only would have you have masked all of the fat loss you'd achieved in that two week period, |
| 1:40.2 | but it would also still look like you'd put on two pounds. |
| 1:49.0 | So if you're just using the scales to measure your progress, you've actually put on weight. |
