I'm Gretchen Rubin, a writer whose studies happiness, good habits, and human nature.

I'm in New York City and with me is my sister Elizabeth Kraft, who is my favorite happiness

guinea pig.

That's me Elizabeth Kraft, a TV writer and producer living in LA, and yeah Gretchen

normally I don't like guinea pigs, but I do enjoy bringing happiness to guinea pigs.

You're my happiness giant flammish rabbit.

But listen, this week we have big news to announce to everyone bitter sweet news.

Yes, we are leaving panoply, which is pivoting to a different business model, so they're

getting out of content production.

So they're not actually making podcasts anymore, although panoply will still exist as a company.

And we are so sorry to be living so many great people like Cameron Drew's, Kristen Minds

or Andy Bowers.

Andy Bowers, yes, the Wizard of Pods.

It has been a fantastic place to start and a fantastic home for three years.

We plan to stay in touch with everybody, but it won't be the same as working together.

So it's a bitter sweet milestone.
