been reading his stuff for so long. I mean, he is one of the leading researchers when it comes to just publishing studies as well. So I've been reading his research reviews for literally years. I mean, he's been in the game for so long. So even before I had a podcast, I've been wanting to talk with this guy. So it was really cool to have him on the show. And the second reason is because we had to cancel this episode like three times. It took us a while.
