Today is a change of pace. Today is not a Q&A. Today I decided to

just freestyle an episode. I thought of something really cool I wanted to do right before the show.

And that was give you guys my favorite go-to exercises in a couple ways. So number one, I wanted to

goal. So I'm going to cover the best training split to follow if your goal is muscle gain,

if your goal is fat loss, if your goal is movement quality, if your goal is sport specific,

or if your goal is strength and power. Then I'm going to get into my top thing I named like five

finishers to do for your legs, for your chest, for your shoulders, for your back, for everything

you can think of. My favorite way is to finish a workout when I'm feeling amped up and I want to do
