Welcome back to another week of Raise Your Hands Say Yes.

This week I am coming at you with another repeat guest.

I know I just keep having, you know, when you've been doing this for four years, right,

there people come back around and I'm not sorry.

I will not apologize for this.

This week I am talking with my friend Rachel May Smith, who y'all might remember from her

earlier appearance. If you have not yet heard that

the archives. And Rachel is the voice behind the crafted life blog. She has a gorgeous Instagram feed and she also has a new

book out which is called Hello Color, 25 bright ideas for DIY decor. And I was so excited to

get my hands on this book because we are also in the middle of this move, right? And so I was like, we're going to have a new house to decorate.

I love color, shocker.

And I need to get my hands on this book.

And it is gorgeous.

And one of the things that I really love about Rachel, as you'll hear when we get into this,

is that she herself is so friendly, so accessible, so honest, but her work is also really, really fun

and really doable. She designed the projects in this book to be done in like half an hour or less

and for not a ton of money.
