There's many types of discomfort but in this episode, I'm talking specifically about two. Unless you are 100% happy with where you are with your eating, you are going to experience one of these types of discomfort.

| 1:31.3 | There's the kind of discomfort that you go through when you're stepping outside of your comfort |
