Hi everyone. Welcome to today's science versus bullshit. Hopefully I'm live in the right place and

0:06.1

everything is working. I did have to wait here staring at my face for many uncomfortable

0:11.7

minutes while it was connecting. But here we are. I'm going to do something a little bit different

0:16.3

today, which I think will help a lot of people. and I think a lot of people will resonate with

0:22.1

this. So I've had many a message along very similar lines, and actually I just opened my

0:27.6

messages and had another one, essentially similar to this. So I thought I'd go through it more

0:34.0

like a case study, and then people can apply it as they want but I'll keep it relatively

0:39.0

broad so the the message was hi there I saw your post on supplements and what's required slash what is not

1:30.7

that you don't need. I think this touches on a lot of points that I want to make and a lot of

1:35.0

ways that I want to help women. Another thing I just wanted to touch on because I had a discussion

1:40.4

about saying it was obviously quite annoying to me. But somebody else was kind of

1:46.4

claiming that I was like pulling women down. By women, she means Divinia Taylor because I was calling

1:51.9

out not her, but what she was saying about the supplement that she's paying millions of pounds

1:57.7

to put in front of you to try and scam you, it's taking that doesn't do

2:01.6

what it says that she's doing, that it's doing. That's scamming, right? Pulling women down
