And today we are going to be talking about why it's so important to be joy eating every single day. Yes, that's what I'm talking about.

Choosing a non-nutricious joy food to eat. Yes, so stay tuned because it's going to be a good one.

And today I want to talk to you about joy and joy eating because without it, I think

the journey is really difficult for anybody that's been in a diet mentality for most of their lives like I was.

And I think when you believe that you can eat anything you want, it is very, very freeing.

So that's what this coaching session is all about today, is why you need to eat and plan

for a joy food every single day. Well, how will that look in

your life if you were to eat on purpose a joy food every single day? And remember what I call

a joy food? A joy food is usually a non-nutricious food, something that's probably

high in sugar, fat, salt, flour, all of that stuff. No nutritious value, but in your mind and body,

delicious. So for me, those type of foods were and are potato chips,

French fries, Cheetos, Doritos, anything with the O's. And I totally realize that there's nothing nutritious about them, but I also know for a fact that it will

not interfere with my good health. And the reason that I know that is because I don't eat

enough of it for it to affect me.

The rule, if I have a rule about joy eating, and I'm going to go over all the tools that I've
