All the work you are to do can be divided into two categories.

negligence, both from within and without, mishandling customers that trusted you, bringing on board

the wrong customers, employees not following procedures that you painstakingly developed,

or adding the wrong people to your team are all examples of things you need to watch for.

So the second category of work that you are to do in owning a business is keeping it, work it, and keep it.

You build something, now you must maintain and protect it.

If what you built keeps breaking, you must perpetually rebuild the same thing without making any progress.
