I've tried in the past to do a little bit of the real journalism type work in research and uncovering.

However, we are joined today by an actual journalist whose

job it is to do the work that we just kind of do, though deeply in preparation for shows and

articles. So it's our pleasure to have with us on Liberty Dispatch interview, Sam Cooper.

And I'm sure many of you are familiar with him

and with his work, but whether you are or are not, Sam is an award-winning and journalist

and best-selling author. He's presented his anti-corruption findings to Canadian law enforcement

agencies, officials in the Pentagon, financial and legal professionals and

academics. Sam graduated with degree in history, philosophy, and English from the University of

Toronto. That's the belly of the beast in Canada and a certificate in journalism from

Lagara College before reporting for the province and Vancouver Sun in British Columbia and global

news in Ottawa. That's the second belly of the beast in Canada. He's won a number of awards

for a narrative reporting and his first book, Willful Blindness, which we're going to link to in the

description, debuted as number one seller on Amazon in Canada.
