Welcome back to another episode on the Aaron Dowdy podcast and this episode I literally

take you through my watchuma ceremony and a very vivid way and I share with you some

of the insights that I had along the way when I was in so watchuma is also known as San

Pedro which is a cactus which broken down into a powder you then take it like a little

scoop of it with water and we had a watchumero who's a guy literally a walking cactus

this guy is magical and when we were in Costa Rica we had three nights three days of plant

medicine two nights of ayahuasca one day of watchuma and watchuma is the most magical

my mouth I feel so connected to it and we had a watchumero there and he brought us through

this process with these build it beautiful altars and these teachings and we learned about

what are called the five laws of creation and these five laws are life transforming once

you become aware of them you notice the world in a different way you understand people

in a different way you understand the way reality works in a new way and it was one of

the most powerful experiences of my life and I take you through kind of an imagery of

like what happened the insights I had on different the different laws different insights I

have about just in general and just how magical this day was so I kind of want to like

help you re I want to create this day for you so you can kind of experience it in your

own way through the podcast and I've actually just got back from Costa Rica like two

three days ago in Vegas and then I came to Sedona and I'm actually in Sedona now for a

couple days and I go back to Vegas I've been traveling a lot but one thing that I've been

having to do is I've been having to really catch up on sleep has been very important I

feel like I started to get a little congested and I think one of the reasons was is because

after a retreat you know after doing 20 or 20 some people they retreat and it was so
