Summary
I used to think self compassion was wishy washy crap for hippies who wanted an excuse to accept mediocrity, avoid hard work and meditate all day.
Needless to say I was wrong and here is a podcast all about why self compassion will make you more proactive, procrastinate less. enjoy life more and remove your fear of failure.
