interested. If you are going to stop binge eating, you have to be committed to the process

because commitment and being consistent is what will create change and create habits.

When you feel an urge, you have to be committed to allowing it and feeling it all the way through

if you're going to not binge.

Commit to doing this every time you feel an urge and you will not binge ever again.

What it means to commit is that you follow through no matter what. You do what you set out to do and there is no changing your mind or putting

it off until next time. A problem I see happen with some people though though, is that they aren't actually committed.

When you're interested, you're curious and learning.

You're thinking about doing something, thinking about what it would be like, thinking about

discussing it. But when the time comes to actually do it, if you're only interested in it and not

committed, will you do it? If you feel like it or if it's easy, probably.
