Summary
It can be frustrating to try and stop yourself from binge eating but then not do it. You may think you're doing it wrong and not making progress. But, you may be wrong.
In this episode, I'm talking about what progress usually looks like when you're going through the process of stopping binge eating. There's a progression that happens with your awareness and effective decision making that will result in you eventually preventing a binge.
