Summary

This episode we're discussing Listen to Your Heart by Kasie West, which (so sorry) was actually awful. In this episode, we rip apart this book. We both hated it. (Seriously, so sorry!)

But, it's still a good episode. Becca made up a clever new game and we talk about how we started our podcast. But also, Grace's plans to get Becca married off just so that we have a wedding to look forward to, our mutual neon sign obsession, and much much more. Sorry for picking a terrible book but honestly, it is kind of fun talking about how bad this book is!

Join us on August 8th for our next book club discussing All We Ever Wanted by Emily Giffin (she is one of our favorite authors!!) In the meantime, don't forget to send us advice questions for next week!

So my high is that tomorrow I'm leaving for another yoga retreat. So we always record a little bit

1:17.1

right after I got back my favorite instructor at Skyting which his name is Christopher Golden. So

1:22.6

if you this is not sponsored, I'm not sponsored by Skyting at all by the way. I just like

1:26.7

legitimately love Skyting yoga. So Christopher announced that he was teaching a retreat out in

1:32.9

Sag Harbor and I just booked it. And I'm so excited. His classes are amazing. He's helped me a lot

1:40.3

with like my inversions and all of that. And I think it's going to like really help. Is there a

1:44.4

theme do yoga retreats have like a certain thing that you're working on? No. But he's really good

1:50.9

with inversions. His classes are amazing because he is really big on meditation but also like

1:57.3

really hard work. So you work super hard in his classes and I feel like I've gotten a lot stronger

2:02.2

since like making a point to go to more of his classes. But yeah, there's no theme.

2:08.6

How much yoga do you do on yoga retreat? So every morning you have like a light breakfast

2:13.8

then from 8 am till 10 am there's a meditation and like a 90 minute yoga class. And then you go
