| 0:00.0 | Hello and welcome to this episode of the ESG Fitness podcast. This podcast was inspired by a question I got from a brand new client. |
| 0:12.2 | And I thought this was a much better way to answer the question because I've gone away. I've done some research. I've taken some time. I've written down my thoughts. And as I'm sure |
| 0:24.6 | most people can tell, I prefer to talk my thoughts than write them, which is why I have a podcast |
| 0:30.9 | and not blog. So the question is, how can I handle a quote-unquote stuck mindset? |
| 0:39.9 | The fear that age and perimenopause makes everything a lost cause. |

| 1:24.2 | By the end of this podcast, I want you to be embracing it. |
| 1:27.4 | And as I was reading this question, |
| 1:29.2 | it also made me think of a question Shona asked me, |
| 1:31.9 | which was, do you think you have peaked? |
| 1:36.0 | And it was a bit tongue and cheek, |
| 1:37.7 | and it was like a bit, it was meant to be a bit of a joke, |
| 1:39.8 | so I'm not, I'm not like calling her out on this. |
| 1:43.7 | But what she meant was do you think you've peaked physically, like the way you look, the way |
| 1:50.3 | you perform? |
