0:00.0	Hi friends. Welcome to the Wabi-Sabi podcast. This is episode number 176. Today we're going to do a simple practice of cultivating more generosity and more kindness and also building out a really strong network, especially into your young years of your career and development
0:23.8	in your career. There are a lot of things that we can do that are free that can help us
0:30.1	to develop and connect dots. So if you feel stuck, if you are in a place where you feel like you're not where you really want to be,
0:39.3	or maybe you don't feel like you're doing what you were called to do,
0:43.1	or say you are just over it, like you feel it's time for a fresh start.
0:49.7	I think this is a really great practice for everyone to do.
0:54.0	The more books that I've read and the more
0:57.5	journals I've explored and researched, the more I have found there are three things I'm
1:04.6	very attracted to in other people. Number one is kindness. Number two is humility. And number three is kindness number two is humility and number three is intellect so kindness humility
1:16.8	intellect kindness humility intellect people like this tend to sit back to listen a lot and observe
1:27.3	and to notice the world around them,
1:30.0	but maybe they don't necessarily react all the time.
1:33.9	Like they take a lot of time for their reactions to things,
1:38.0	which is something I can learn to do myself.
1:41.5	They go out of their way to help to serve others with very little expectation in return.
1:50.2	And then if they have a sense of intellect, they are very good at using brilliance on brilliance,
1:59.2	meaning they're great at networking with other people that
2:02.7	operate at their level because you find that you are both highly intelligent, skillful,
2:10.1	add plus value to other people's lives. And typically all three of these things are free.
