So we have obviously been part of conversation where people don't think that they need a training

plan or a training coach.

But the reality is that even as active duty operators, we still have training plans.

We still have training coaches.

But if you're not already in as an operator in special tactics, where do you go?

I go to my man, Kevin Edgerton, he runs 18 alpha fitness.

He's been through a few different selection courses and worked in a few different selection

courses.

I've personally seen the results of his work in the Air Force selection process and his

results are amazing.

So not only has he been through the courses and knows what he's doing, but he also has

all the credentials to back it up.

So he's very educated.

And yeah, he's a person I trust not just with me, but with my family when it comes to fitness

and recovery and all those other types of things.

And also, I think, Jiu Jitsu as well, right, Aaron?

I think you're the Jiu Jitsu guy who has Kevin ever hurt you?

Well, he actually has Kevin and I've rolled together.

So that's the great thing about Kevin, right?

He literally practice what he preaches.

He's out there.

He's testing all of his programs.
