as well. And so for the third time, I'm talking about this topic on the podcast. And this is because

it's a topic very close to my heart, and I'm sure lots of people listening, it's, you know,

this whole topic has completely exploded, hasn't it? We're hearing more and more about the climate

emergency and the more we talk about it, of course, a side effect of that is going to be

people feeling more anxious about it. So, yeah, and I share in this episode a bit about my own

experience of climate anxiety, which has affected me and whether or not you've actually

experienced, you know, full-blown anxiety about this topic or whether it's something that is kind

of, you know, I think for lots of us it's something that we maybe try not to think about

and that maybe is just kind of sitting at the back of our mind, kind of slowly eating away at us, ready to to pounce

at any moment. And so I think it's important that we address this topic head on so that it's not
