| 1:36.1 | And then I've got one on March 21st, which is the first one that I'm going to be running from my studio space. |

| 1:45.4 | break the cycle workshop which is a seven step process that I take people through |
| 1:49.6 | to help them to uncover and begin healing their pattern. |
| 1:55.0 | This is aimed at people who are not just single but also people who are in relationships as well |
| 2:02.0 | and wanting to break out of frustrating patterns. |
| 2:04.6 | And I have now added another workshop date for New York, and that is on May 23rd, |
