| 0:00.0 | Hello and welcome to this episode of the ESG Fitness Podcast. |
| 0:06.1 | So it's Saturday morning and this makes me sound like such a loser but I mean, I kind of am. |
| 0:15.7 | So we're just going to have to roll with it. |
| 0:17.9 | I spent a lot of time this morning reading about ketones and ketosis and |

| 1:36.5 | which we would delve into during this podcast. |
| 1:40.4 | And if I am wrong about anything I say in this, |
| 1:44.0 | I mean, wrong is not even the right word. |
| 1:46.3 | Like this is what we know at the moment. |
| 1:48.6 | That's what I'm going to explain. |
| 1:50.1 | So you're never really wrong. |
| 1:52.4 | You like some new evidence might appear and then you can change your views. |
