Hi, this is Josh Marshall and this is the Josh Marshall podcast.

This is our first episode and it's not a relaunched podcast, but we're changing the format a bit.

We have a new setup for the co-hosts as those of you who listened to the last episode

knew that was the last episode with our former colleague David Tainter who took a job at the independent

British paper here working from their New York office.

So now it is Kate and I as co-hosts of the Josh Marshall podcast.

And with that, we are making a few changes, some of which are behind the scenes and just

sort of for our own convenience and changing the technical setup a little.

We actually had some bumps in the road on that, which we will maybe get to in a moment.

But in any case, we're going to work in some other format changes, which we have wanted

to do, but it's sort of a good launching off point now.

And one of those is we're going to mention this again at the end of the episode is we are

going to start answering your questions for listeners to the Josh Marshall podcast.

Now, those of you who are familiar with the website that publishes this podcast, we have

always been very focused on and reliant on reader emails.

We get tips, we get perspectives, we get, you know, sometimes just commentary, all sorts
