Summary

If you find yourself on the constant quest to get more done in less time, this episode is for you! This week, I'm talking with Tonya Dalton, founder of Inkwell Press and the voice of the Productivity Paradox podcast about some of the biggest productivity myths out there and what you can focus on instead.

We also cover the basics of how to get yourself out of overwhelm, how to gracefully let go of things, and what you can do instead of striving for work/life balance (cuuuuuz we all know that the never-ending quest for balance isn't doing us any good!).

This episode is so good and I know it's full of nuggets you can implement IMMEDIATELY!
