Hey, everyone, it's Tiffany and welcome back to this week's episode of Raise Your Hand.

So yes, I am really excited for today's episode.

I've got three different things to talk about.

One that might be a little silly to you guys and is a little different than

what I typically talk about, but I'm doing this one as kind of a PSA because I recently

learned that for my entire life, I've been washing my face wrong. So yeah, and I'm like,

people need to know about this. So we're going to talk about wrong. So yeah. And I'm like, people need to know about this.

So we're going to talk about that in a minute.

And I also want to talk to you guys today about what do you do when the worst case scenario happens?

And I want to tell you a story about something that happened to me early in my

coaching career, where I actually asked somebody for more money for a job offer. And they came back

and not only told me no, but, you know, quote unquote, put me in my place, which sucked.

So I want to tell you that story as well because I think that, you know, we hear a lot,

I hear a lot of people say like, I want to do X, but what if Y happens?

And sometimes Y happening is like that thing in our head that we're like, oh my God.

And often I think that the possibility of that thing happening can hold us back from going after,

from, dare I say, raising our hands and saying yes to the things we want.

So I want to talk about that experience because I don't think we have a lot of people telling

the not-so-great stories. And, you know, I like to tell you guys my truth. If you were just
