Summary

It doesn't feel good to eat in secret. You feel bad about what you're doing and you feel dishonest. You might not be entirely sure why you're doing it but you know you don't want to be.

 

In this episode, I'm going to explain why it's happening. I'm also going to tell you how to stop secret eating and I'll give you a tip for how you can stop in the middle of a binge.
