understanding the spiritual bypassing

Don't think a negative thought ever. Don't think negative thoughts. What are you doing? It's not spiritual. Don't feel negative emotions

I'm feeling anger. Oh my god, I shouldn't be feeling this way. I'm more spiritual than this

Spiritual bypassing is something that many of us will do and not even know we're doing it. We're living in the shadow

And the key to this is actually shining light on the freaking shadow

And when you shine light on the shadow, guess what happens?

You become aware and you can stop spiritual bypassing

Spiritual bypassing is something that will keep us living in unconscious patterns that we're not aware of

Spiritual bypassing will keep people, pleasers and nice guys continuing to avoid tension

Continuing to just be nice because it's spiritual by nice guy and people, please or is this is spiritual bypassing

Because it's like I don't want to go in that tension in the past

I was reprimanded for showing my power showing what I want

You realize that like kids toddlers

Yes, there's things that are okay not okay, but like they're expressing themselves. It's like stop it

Stop expressing yourself

Stop feeling your emotions if you keep feeling your emotions, you're gonna get more trouble. I think that's what

They eventually get some tension. They say I don't want to ever experience that tension again

I'm just gonna please everybody. If I could be worthy enough to please everybody then maybe they won't be able to feel that tension

Spiritual bypassing is that so I'm showing not how to do that

I'm gonna show you how not to be like the hello kitty hello kitty from the movie Lego movie that's like

I'm just so happy and it's like I'm so happy. I'm so happy with this like this under this resentment underneath
