Summary

Do you blame yourself for your binges or do you take responsibility for them? Is there even a difference? I think there is and today I'm talking about it.

On the surface they are the same but there's more to it. How you think about what you did matters and I'm going to tell you why. Also, at the end I'll be talking about blaming people, food, and stores for your binges so listen in to get it all.

Now let's get to it. Hi, how are you? I'm good. I've really been enjoying my summer. I got to say. And one of the most enjoyable things I've

0:42.1

been doing is seeing live music. I've seen more live music this summer than I have in years.

0:49.1

And I couldn't love it more. In the summertime, there's a park near me that has live music at least twice a

1:25.1

putting in effort to have fun and do things that you enjoy.

1:43.9

some effort sometimes for me to get out to the park,

1:47.7

but I always know that it will be worth it. So I get my butt out there. And that actually happened

1:54.2

last night where there was a show right after I finished working and I wanted to just chill at home but I didn't I went and I am so

2:04.2

glad that I did put in the effort to make your life how you want it to be and fill it with the

2:12.9

things you want to fill it with even if you don't feel it. It'll be worth it when you're doing it.
