Okay, so today we're going to talk about blame. I've been working with a lot of people on this

lately and it's a tough one and I work with this on myself all the time but I will tell you that

blame is one of the worst things you can do to yourself. It's not about the other person. It's not

about the person you're blaming. It's not about the thing you're blaming. It's blame is a horrible

thing to do to yourself. The definition of blame is to assign responsibility to someone else.
