Welcome to Bat Boy Running.

It's me, David Hellard. That's right. There was a pause and no one

else said, and me. Jody's away, but the wonderful Ali Bailey is on board of this week, which is

obviously the good news. The slightly less good news is that Ali sadly has fled the capital city,

our fine home of London, and now lives in the countryside. She's got some new internet,

and we only discovered after or during the intro section of this podcast that the upstairs internet

connection is pretty ropey. So, if you move downstairs, the rest of the podcast,

hopefully it's sorted, amazing episode coming out with Rob Pope.

He's run across America five times the man is a legend.

But it does mean that I've recorded this section

to try and give Nick some kind of chance
