0:23.5	here sitting at this microphone and we're going to talk about a thing today.
0:26.2	I'm going to use a word that I have never used in 155 episodes of this podcast going back
0:31.3	over six years and that is trigger.
0:33.8	We don't do trigger warnings.
0:35.3	We don't use the word trigger very often because it's counterproductive word, but I'm going
0:38.9	to use the word trigger today because today's topic is the fear of death, like anxiety
0:43.9	over death and existential anxiety.
0:46.4	We're going to talk about these things and a lot of people have wanted me to talk about
0:49.4	this and a lot of you listening may really want to hear this, but at the same time you
0:53.1	don't want to hear this.
0:54.5	So just hear me out for 30 seconds.

0:59.6	So these are difficult questions for all human beings to confront and wrestle with and

1:04.8	We all do.
1:05.8	And they're hard questions sometimes and the best of times.
1:09.5	In the grips of disorder anxiety, they may be even more difficult for you to confront
1:13.5	these questions and deal with them and play with them in your head.
1:17.2	And you may be in a situation right now that's not necessarily possible.
