Summary
Ah! Season 4 is here! I'm thrilled to be kicking us off with an interview with Laurie Wagner, an author and artist who also happens to be my writing teacher! Through her amazing Wild Writing method, Laurie helps writers tap into their truth and get to the heart of what they really want to say in this world. (Which is pretty much step one of living your Raise Your Hand Say Yes life!)
In this conversation, Laurie and I talk about telling the truth and what it has to do with leadership. You'll also hear her thoughts on getting vulnerable as an expert and teacher and why it's so critical. Oh, and we also dive into a discussion about drinking (and not drinking) and Jesus - and how interesting it is that both topics feel so controversial.
If you're interested in finding your voice and tapping into a deeper spiritual truth, this episode is for you!
Enjoy, enjoy!

| 1:02.9 | for when that happens to celebrate. So we are kicking season four off with an episode and an |
| 1:09.6 | interview that has been a long time coming. I am thrilled |
| 1:15.2 | to be interviewing my writing teacher today, Lori Wagner, and I have taken writing from |
| 1:22.2 | Lori, oh gosh, for many years off and on. And she has a program that she's taught for over 25 years |
| 1:30.8 | called Wild Writing. And it is, you'll hear us talk more about it in the episode, but it is an |

| 1:42.6 | say, get to the heart of it, get past the |
| 1:45.5 | nerves and past any of those inner critic voices that get in your way, which I think we all |
| 1:52.8 | could use all of us creative people. And the thing that I wanted to talk to Lori about was |
| 1:59.5 | telling the truth because there is something that I think she really |
| 2:03.7 | pulls out of people in her writing process that I have noticed myself in that there is no |
| 2:11.4 | room for bullshitting and there is no room for keeping things on the surface. And for me, the more that I get |
