I am delighted to have Dr. Alan Christianson joining me as my guest for today’s show! Dr. Christianson is a Board-Certified Naturopathic Endocrinologist who focuses on thyroid care. He is also a New York Times bestselling author whose recent titles include The Thyroid Reset Diet. You know yeah so much of what we've learned has changed in the recent past and so much of thyroid disease has changed recently.

frame. And there's been a lot of new initiatives for to answer the question of, you know, why is this happening?

What's going on? One large group of medical reviewers, their conclusion was that many factors are responsible.

However, the biggest single one by far is the change in our iodine intake.
