1:02.0 | On my phone, I have a thing that has like news headlines. That was a horrible idea. |
1:06.0 | It's ill-advised. I don't do that. |
1:09.0 | And I decided I didn't want to feel anxious today. I have a lot going on today. |
1:13.0 | A lot of classes to teach. I'm flying out to see my coach today. |
1:17.0 | And I just want to be in a really amazing space. |
1:20.0 | And so I decided that I was going to give myself my normal self-coaching work. |
1:26.0 | And then I was also going to give myself a process called the five-minute emotion makeover. |
1:34.0 | Right? And I did that and I'm in a whole new land. |
1:40.0 | So here's what I'm going to actually do today. |
1:42.0 | I'm going to create a video on exactly what I did. |
1:46.0 | And for sure I'm going to put that in its entirety in my self-coaching scholars for next month. |
