Hello hello. How are you doing?

Before I get into today's show, I just want to give a quick shout out to a lovely woman that I met at the

Make and Men Festival last weekend.

You may recall if you've listened to the last few episodes that I was giving a couple of talks on people pleasing and boundaries at this wellness and creativity festival and it was packed with like these brilliant workshops in this amazing setting.

It was the Preston Hall Museum and oh my gosh as much as I loved giving the talks I was

super jealous of all these people in these brilliant workshops doing embroidery and

making McCrammy pant no no no not pant plant holders that would be funny if they were making

pant holders and what else they do brush lettering and all sorts I did

get to do a couple of workshops I think I did letter pressing I did a collage

one I did something else but oh my gosh yeah I totally want to be getting in on the action next time

anyway I digress there was a woman there who and it's annoying because I can't remember

her name and I suspect because normally I'm very good at remembering names.

It's because when you're in the shade,

it was like super cold that day,

like smuggling peanuts, kind of cold and so I yeah I think I was a bit

distracted by the weather and all that anyway I just wanted to give her and her mother is

shout out. She started listening to the podcast when she was going through a

very difficult break up four years ago when she's long moved on from all of that

but she's a very

very dedicated listener to the podcast has read so much of the blog and it was just

so lovely to meet her and I love meeting you guys when I'm out in the bed
