We are officially in the home stretch of 2021. A long and bizarre year that followed 2020, long and historically memorable and notable year.

And in some ways, I can't believe we're at the end of 2021 when I'm still processing 2020.

Have you seen that meme that's going around that says just that?

Absolutely it captures the last two years for me. It has been a blur, it has been complicated and to think that we are starting the year

2022 is just, it's actually kind of mind-blowing for me.

But right now, we are at the end of 2021

and I am about to start and share with you my annual reflection.

I know that some people think that New Year's January 1,

the changing of the calendar, it's all arbitrary, and you can certainly start fresh

habits, you know, have a fresh perspective on any day.

You do not have to wait until January 1 to make changes or to feel new. But I really like

this change in the calendar and what it signifies.

I like the feeling in the air of a fresh start.

I like the feeling in the air in the end of December that's sort of a winding down. It feels like a conclusion and a start to me and so I do use this time of year to really assess my life, my career, my habits, my relationships.

And even though it's sort of these thoughts are sort of always percolating in the back of my mind
