All righty then, let's do this. This is part three of my little three part series on my

experience with anxiety medication, antidepressants specifically between 1996 and 2005. So dudes and

dudes, welcome back to the anxious truth. This is podcast episode one, four, seven. This is part

three. I'm going to talk about my experience with antidepressant withdrawal would happen when I

stop taking the medication. So catch a couple things to get done before we do that. This is part three

of a little three part series. Like I said, so go listen to parts one and two before you listen

to this one. Please just it'll it'll really put the whole thing in perspective and it'll explain

my stance on medication and you know, I mean, I don't want to go over it again. So I did two

podcasts episodes before this one four five and one four six. Go listen to those please

before you listen to this one. And the other thing that I want to say is this is not meant to

freak anybody out, but this is a story that I have to tell. And honestly, I kind of I kind of

only want to tell it this one time one more time. And I don't really want to tell it again.

So I'm going to do it because I feel like I have to. It's people have asked me to tell it and I'm

going to tell it just by myself and to my phone, not on another podcast, not talking to somebody

else and give it them, give you what I got here. And you could take take what you can from it,

learn which can from it, but it's not meant to freak anybody out. So this was my experience. It

doesn't mean it will be yours, right? It doesn't mean it will be yours. I can't tell you what your

experience will be if you decide to stop taking antidepressants. But I can tell you this before

we start. I want to definitely want to say this. First of all, it's my experience. And if you did

not have this experience and you have not had problems taking antidepressants and you're happy with

your decision to do that, then I'm happy for you and I respect you. So there's no reason to roll in with
