0:32.6

I'm answering various questions and today I have a great question from Julia. She says,

0:36.8

Annie, what is the link between drinking and binge eating and it's really interesting because

0:41.5

there's a very intense link actually between binge drinking and binge eating and just alcohol abuse

0:49.1

in general in binge eating. So it doesn't necessarily even have to be binge drinking. So alcohol

2:10.1

and ultimately when we feel restricted, restricted, restricted, then we feel like we need that

2:15.1

indulgence. And this happens with food certainly. So if you're on a diet, studies correlate being,

2:21.2

you know, strict dieting, strict adherence to what goes in your mouth very much focused on body
