0:20.6 | I am talking to author Hope Endelman. |
0:25.0 | She's the author of the new book, The After Degree, Finding Your Way Along the Long Argue of Loss. |

1:05.5 | gotten this wrong and a different perspective on the five stages of grief. And she also |
1:10.2 | shares about how we're communally grieving after the five stages of grief. And she also shares about how we're |

1:18.7 | there was a part of me that almost didn't want to have this conversation with hope. I found |
1:24.1 | myself, I think like lots of us, not wanting to think about grief, not wanting to think |
1:29.7 | about people dying. I think that could be part of the problem, the fact that we don't have |
1:33.6 | these conversations enough, the fact that we don't talk about the topic of death and dying |
1:38.4 | enough. And so I'm really, really glad that I did talk to her in the end. I hope this interview |
1:42.8 | is helpful for you, whether you've lost someone yourself or whether you just want to have more tools and have |
