We love to make it happen and we like to try to take our healthy lifestyle along with us while we do that. So we thought that today

Now I guess for when my husband and I travel by ourselves,

my biggest challenge is that I'm on a pretty rigid elimination diet,

which I'm totally comfortable with when I'm in my house but I

acknowledge the rest of the world is very likely not gluten grains and dairy free

so it's really important for me to strategize and be super proactive because I don't assume

that the airline is going to be looking out for my best interests. I think they've

gotten the gluten the gluten free thing they do pretty well with that but I think the
