Today, we're going to talk about binge eating.

Very popular. I've noticed that a lot of people really are

interested in binge eating. And what I want to talk about with binge eating is that binge eating is

the type of eating that in my program I call storm eating. And basically the definition of storm eating

is when you're eating food very emotionally, your emotions, your negative emotions are very,

very strong and you eat a lot of food so you don't have to feel the emotion. That's really a

storm eat. But you know, you can also

have a fog eat. And fog eating is different than storm eating or binge eating because you don't

eat lots and lots of food. But what you're doing is you're more hiding from yourself. You're not paying attention to what you're

doing. And before you know it, you've eaten over a plus two. And the reason you've eaten over a plus two

is because you haven't been paying attention. So you may have only gone to a plus four. But if you

went to a plus four, you have just started fog eating.

So fog eating is overeating, but it's not binging.

And binging or storming is when you eat a lot of food at one sitting and you have very strong emotions that you don't want to feel.

And also sometimes with storm eating, if you wait too long to eat and your hunger scale
