Hi there, all my dear friends. How are you today? I am doing fantastic. I just got off the phone

with one of my clients. I'm always doing fantastic after I do a coaching session because I learn so much.

It's like every time I talk to a client and I listen to my own coaching, I get such great

advice that I have to write it down. So anyway, I want to share some of that advice with you, especially because the holidays are coming

or the holidays are here. And I really want you to look at some things that might be going on in

your head that might not be your best interest during the season. Because this is the thing

that I know for sure.

The holiday season is actually composed of about four or five days. And so many people, and I think

the statistics on the holiday season is that people in general gain like 10 to 15 pounds. Now, listen, you can't gain 10 to 15

pounds off of four days to begin with. So it's like, what the heck is going on in people's heads

that even allow them to do this? Because as I've told you so many times before, hey, you got to take the drama

out. And I think the holiday season, the holiday season, quote, the actual four days,

has more drama than anything else throughout the

year. And therefore, has the biggest weight gain. Food drama equals weight gain. So here,
