Now look, if you want to be a buy and hold trader or a buy and hold investor in a period like now,

it could turn out all right.

Maybe equities rebound to brand new all-time highs. Bitcoin rebounds. Everything

goes to an all-time high. Gold back, silver back, everything's up. That could happen. I could

easily imagine that happening. But the funny part for buy and whole people, they don't seem to ever imagine the

other direction. And they don't imagine, or at least they don't look back at history, and ponder

that if you are going to choose a buy and hold strategy, it could go down a lot and it could take decades to come back.
