my nutrition coach very special guest brandy wan brandy wan is a coach from the i n3 crew that's

jason phillips nutrition company and she's kind of known as the go-to reverse dieting coach.

She was a CrossFit athlete and did a lot of paleo, and that kind of led her down a path of under-eating.

She jumped on board with Jason years ago, actually.

And she did a full-blown reverse diet, and it kind of changed her life in a way.

So she took on coaching herself underneath Jason's wing and now she is

experience with just helping clients reverse diet. And I know for me personally I have experienced
