Summary
It's nice to be comfortable. But it's not nice when your comfort zone includes binge eating. What you want, to stop binge eating, is outside of that comfort zone so if you're going to get it, your comfort zone needs to expand.
In this episode, I'm talking about what you need to do to expand your comfort zone so you can include into it the things you need do to stop binge eating. Doing things you haven't done before can be uncomfortable and the only way to get comfortable doing them is to practice doing them. Learn how you can do that is make more progress toward stopping binge eating.
