When it comes to losing weight you must treat the cause or the results will be temporary

We have to question the reasons we overeat and solve for those reasons. I

Have spent a significant portion of my life solving this to the point where I have achieved my goal

Weight effortlessly and have taught several others to do the same. It boils down to two things

If you were never hungry and you never desired food for non-physical reasons

You would never have to worry about overeating or your weight

The reasons we overeat are simply one or the other and they both require different approaches to manage and solve
