We're typically born and raised in this type of a culture to feel like we need to have a solid, static, unmoving, unchanging answer to life.

And I think that's what's hindered me the most in the past is feeling like,

oh no no I figured this out years ago I don't need to learn any more about that topic or

how to move or how to meditate. I've already figured that out and you anyone in the martial arts will

know that the the sense say or the master would say you are you are never on that plateau

you've never perfected that punch you've never perfected that punch. You've never perfected the kick. You're always learning, even if you've

been doing it your entire life. Even the sense say, the master, and a guru and a sage would say the same thing that this is when you hear like the

wise person knows that they do not know. It's when somebody says that they do know that they've just

reflected or in a sense kind of projected their ignorance in that

one sentence.
