Well, I want to welcome each and every one of you, whether you're from Angola or Argentina or Australia or Bahamas or Botswana and Brazil. Welcome to all of you listening

in Canada, in China, Croatia. I've got people listening in Denmark right now, Dominican Republic,

Estonia, France, Germany and Ghana, Hungary, Iceland and India.

Great to know you're all listening.

Great to know you're listening in Ireland and in Israel and in Italy and Jamaica and in Japan and Kenya and Lithuania and on it goes.

But I don't want to bore you.

That would be about the worst thing I could possibly do. So we're

not going to do that at all, but we are going to focus on the five Fs. The five fundamental

Fs of life. I speak about them regularly, and the reason I speak about them is because the more that things change

the more you need to depend on those things that never change and whichever country you're listening

and whether you're listening in the countries in one of the countries, in one of the countries I mentioned,

or in the many, many countries I didn't mention, each and every one of you is faced with

changing circumstances and changing conditions. Sometimes they are economic changes, sometimes

they are military changes, sometimes they are military changes, sometimes they are political changes, sometimes they are meteorological changes, but whatever it is, there is change in your life.

And the more that change takes place, the more we need to remain anchored to those things that never change.
