Sometimes my clients will lose weight and figure out how to maintain where they are, but they often want to know how to maintain a lower weight. So today, I’ll be discussing what it means to find a weight that is sustainable, as well as how this relates to the way you lose weight initially.
In order to achieve long-term results, it’s important to pay attention to how you lose weight. I'll share an analogy to help you visualize why the way you lose weight is so important and explain what it takes to achieve long-lasting results.
