Summary

Too often we look at our lives and think about what we have that we don't want. You don't want to binge, you don't want to have this body, you don't want to feel so crappy. When you focus on what you don't want that you have in your life, it doesn't feel good. But what does feel good is thinking about what you want...but only if you believe you can get it and keep it.

In this episode, I'm talking about the importance of how you think about your wants and don't wants. There's a way to do it that feels good and fuels you and a way that feels bad and stops you. Listen to learn how to do the former so you can get yourself everything you want!
